European Immigration Tax
I'm not entirely sure if this current system is in place or not, however I believe if it isn't then the European Parliament Politician's really haven't been doing their Job by missing this potential system.
If every European country was Taxed based upon the number of Immigrants they Do not let in where by those countries that are more secular (i.e. Denmark) would pay a Higher Premium in regards to what shall be called just for the instance of this explanation a European Immigration Tax (This is the Penalty for being Secular) and where those countries that give Immigrants Food, Clothing, Shelter and Training should be given some of the accumulated "Immigration Tax" to help fund towards the Immigrants.
Should the Immigrants Naturalise (Become a Member of that Country) then they would no longer be classed as legible for this "tax" boost to the country in question. (They would be classed as a normal citizen of that country and be expected to pay their way like any other citizen.)
If a one Countries citizen chooses to move to another country to work, then again there is a tax that their country should pay for maintaining their citizen in the country they choose to work in.
Economically this would potentially cause the strengthening of Economies which harbour immigrant's (Obviously also making it known that Immigrants are only a Tax burden on those that don't want them, since countries that allow them will not be taxed as much as they have been.) while increasing taxation in those that try to maintain being secular.
Obviously the Taxes paid into a centralised European fund, shouldn't be directly added onto each countries citizen taxes, but taken from the overall budget a country has after taxing.
This doesn't have to just include European countries, any country that has immigrants moving from could be asked to pay for their countrymen's maintenance, obviously this could put financial strain on countries that are doing things wrong to cause citizens to move away to begin with.
I do welcome any comments, suggests and marginally flames on this particular subject and hope that no matter how Gaudy my website might look, those people that are suppose to be listening for such suggestions, actually are.
